The draw for the above has been made but no dates yet (probably August start) nor competition rules which will be made available here once we have them.

Neath are in Pool 3 with local friends Maesteg Harlequins and Tata Steel.

Pontypool RFC have declined to participate, preferring to await the commencement of League rugby.

Pool 1 – Bargoed, Bedwas, Cross Keys

Pool 2-  Beddau, Cardiff Met, Glamorgan Wanderers, Ystrad Rhondda

Pool 3 – Maesteg Harlequins, NEATH, Tata Steel

Pool 4 – Narberth, Trebanos, Ystalyfera
