Another important return for the new season as centre Sam Harris is back in black with Neath RFC.@Glynneath Rfc Rhigos RFC

Sam made a huge impact last season, becoming a real presence in our midfield before an unfortunate injury brought his season to an early end.

Now he’s back, fit and ready to pick up where he left off. 💪🏉

As with all our player announcements this year, we also want to shine the spotlight on the people behind the player.

Because without our sponsors, partners, volunteers and supporters, Neath RFC simply wouldn’t exist.

🤝 Sam Harris is proudly sponsored by THE FUN BUS. 🚌🖤🤍

And it’s difficult to find a group who represent Neath Rugby quite like these guys.

Die-hard Neath supporters, they organise the supporters’ transport to every away game, getting behind the team wherever we play.

They’ve been supporting, volunteering and helping this club since what feels like the dawn of time. 😂 They give their time, energy and plenty more besides to Neath RFC, and they’re a massive part of what makes this club what it is.

And apparently there’s an added incentive for Sam this season…

🥃 We understand Gareth Lewis has agreed to drink a shot for EVERY POINT Sam scores.

All we can say is…

Good luck, Gareth. You’re going to be drunk. 😂

A massive thank you to The Fun Bus and everyone involved for the incredible support you continue to give Sam, the team and Neath RFC.

Great to have you back, Sam. 🖤🤍
