Neath RFC

Neath return to action for the first time in three weeks when Bargoed visit The Gnoll on Saturday (kick off 2.30pm).

Games between the two clubs are usually closely-fought affairs and Bargoed come to The Gnoll having recently deprived Premiership favourites Merthyr of their ground record.

Neath have not played since their 33-25 victory over Ystrad Rhondda on October 19th and will be keen to get back into play.

Coaches Tim Ryan and Ryan Evans have named a team showing only two changes from that chosen to face Ystrad Rhondda with Matthew Jenkins on the wing for the injured Ki Morgan and Matthew Davies replacing Jacob Blackmore at lock.

Bargoed will be bringing strong support and, after the long break, the All Blacks are hoping that the upward trend in attendances continue.

Saturday’s weather forecast is good with a continuation of the dry, mild conditions so we can expect another entertaining encounter at The Gnoll.
