Neath RFC have added a third pre-season fixture to their warm-up schedule ahead of the 2023/24 Premiership season.
Builth Wells will visit The Gnoll on Friday, August 11th with a 7.30pm kick off to accommodate their travel plans.
Neath RFC head coach Patrick Horgan said, “With a number of newcomers swelling our ranks at training, we needed a third game and we look forward to entertaining Builth Wells.”
The match will kick off Neath’s season with two other warm-ups already lined up against Richmond (Saturday, August 19th – 7.00pm) and Swansea (Thursday, August 24th – 7.15pm).
Builth Wells, whose President is the former Neath and Wales prop Jeremy Pugh, won the Welsh Youth Cup in 2021/22 and last season their seniors won promotion to Division 1 (West) so they will certainly extend the Welsh All Blacks.
