Neath will be seeking a return to winning ways when they host Cardiff at The Lextan Gnoll (kick off 2.30pm) on Saturday.

With some local sides not playing due to Cup engagements and the Cardiff regional team away in Europe, another good crowd is expected with Neath’s Former Players gathering beforehand too.

Neath make six starting changes : winger Louis Rees and centre Kieran Charles return and Kristian Jones takes over at outside-half. Up front, prop Mason Morgan starts, Elis Hopkins slots into the second row with Dyfan Ceredig comes into the back row.
