Neath RFC

Neath visit Pandy Park to play Cross Keys again on Wednesday (kick off 7.15pm) requiring five points to gain promotion back to the Premiership alongside Pontypool.

Last Wednesday, Neath beat Keys at The Gnoll 31-14 but know that the Gwent club will be fired up for a last effort on their own patch.

Neath have been shuffling their hand over the last two months to keep the squad fit and charged in readiness for this last phase of the promotion push and the side is freshened up with five changes in the starting line-up and the return of two on the bench.

Winger Ryan Griffiths, scrum-half Macauley Griffiths, prop Tim Ryan, lock Ioan Jones and flanker Morgan Kneath return to the starting line-up with hooker Josh Clark and the versatile Elis Hopkins back on a very experienced bench.
