MATCH SUMMARY: CROSS KEYS 25 NEATH 47 – Saturday 8th November 2025
CROSS KEYS 25 points NEATH 47 points
A surprisingly open game on a heavy pitch saw Neath score 7 tries to 3 for a highly entertaining 47-25 win over Cross Keys at Pandy Park.
Neath took an early lead through a try by scrum-half Jacob Daniel which outside-half Paul Short converted and they added another from centre Sam Harris but Keys’ adventure saw them ahead 19-14 at the interval through tries by support-running scrum-half Tom Bridges (2) and winger Ralph Miller, outside-half Josh Malsom converting two.
The try-hungry All Blacks really turned on the forward power in the second-half to claim five more scores from full back Iestyn Morgan, lock Josh Hughes, hooker Kian Jones, replacement Sam Morgan and winger Morgan Meaclem, Short converting all to advance his conversion tally to 6.
Strangely for Pandy Park, both sides did most of their scoring up the slope and Keys’ only downward second-half points came from two penalties by Malsom.
