Neath RFC

Neath are playing some mad rugby at the moment and they overturned a 5-28 half-time deficit to take the honours 36-31 at Llanelli Wanderers.
Wanderers led 28-5 and looked in control at half-time as full back Lewis Jones (2), prop Dean Howells and scrum-half Aron Hemmings bagged tries, Nick Gale converting all four, against one for Neath by full back Morgan Mecleam.
But the game underwent a complete transformation in the second-half as Neath hooker Sion Jones, wing Jon Bayliss and lock Steff Lewis blazed over and there was a penalty try, outside-half Steff Williams added one conversion and it was 29-28 to the visitors.
Outside-half Rhys Harris dropped a goal to nudge the home side in front again but Neath clinched it when prop Marley Lovell powered over for their sixth try – their 99th in the league – and Williams converted as the home side’s efforts floundered on a flurry of yellow cards.
