Swansea blitzed Neath with six first-half tries. Two recruits from Pontypridd did most of the damage with wing Tom Edwards leading the way with a brace of tries and outside-half Josh Phillips kicked five conversions. Neath fought harder in the second-half and were rewarded with tries by flanker Fergus Kneath (2) and winger Matthew Jenkins.
