Neath RFC

NEATH 43 points  LLANGENNECH 34 points
Rich entertainment was the name of the game under The Gnoll floodlights where Neath overcame a determined effort by visiting Llangennech in front of a good Friday night  crowd.
The vibrant atmosphere saw the visitors race into a 17-nil lead before Neath shook themselves to head to safety only to concede two late converted tries to replacement hooker Finn Thomas.
Neath bagged six tries through lock Matthew Davies (2), full back Iestyn Morgan, winger Rhodri Wall, a first for prop Mason Morgan and hooker Josh Clark with outside-half Steff Williams converting five and adding a penalty to pass 800 points for the Club.
Opposite number Steff Marshall was in outstanding form for Llan crossing for one of their four tries and adding 4 conversions and two penalties. The other away try came from an interception by winger Callum Wooley.
