Neath RFC

Neath play their re-arranged WRU Championship tie against Glamorgan Wanderers at The Gnoll on Friday evening (kick off 7.30pm).

The match should have been played on December 17 but was postponed due to frost which is unlikely to be a threat this time.

Neath will be aiming to continue their progress from last week when they won 29-15 at Narberth but Wanderers had a good win too when they beat Maesteg Quins 20-11.

Neath make several changes including the front five return of prop Gareth Lloyd, hooker Josh Clark and lock Matthew Davies who will make his 50th appearance.

Elis Hopkins, Morgan Kneath and Carwyn Sion comprise the back row with young Llewellyn Hawkes included on the wing. Top scorer Steff Williams is on the replacements’ bench.
