Neath rugby followers will be saddened to hear of the death of Ian Rowlands of Hibbert Road, Neath.

Ian, a native of Tonna who also played for the Tonna Club, lived in Neath for the majority of his life.

He will be remembered by many as a keen supporter and season-ticket holder of Neath RFC and also the work he carried out as a Social Committee Member in the days of the “Old Clubhouse”

The Neath Club’s sympathy goes to all his family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at Margam Crematorium on Thursday 21st July 2016 at 3.00pm.
