Neath lock Rhys Jones should be fit to return in the Foster’s Cup games after injuring his shoulder pre-season playing for the Ospreys in their win against Belgium. Concussion victim Matt Jeffreys and Alec Jenkins (groin) should also be available again by the time Neath take on Bridgend on Wednesday, October 12th. Long-term absentees winger Tom Rees (knee), scrum-half Reuben Morgan-Williams (shoulder), flankers Josh Cole (leg) and Alun Jones (leg) have either undergone, or are awaiting, the surgeon’s knife with Reuben likely to be the first back around Christmas.
