Neath RFC

Neath travel to Llangennech in the WRU Premiership on Saturday (kick off 2.30pm).

The weather forecast is wet and windy just as it was last year when Neath had to pull out all the stops to win 28-19 so the All Blacks will need to hit their straps.

After suffering a harrowing last-kick defeat by champions Merthyr In their first game, Neath have shown promising form of late and made Cup progress last week by beating holders Pontypridd 23-19.

Skipper Ben Williams will lead a Neath team which shows starting rotations with

Llewellyn Hawkes, one of last week’s try-scorers Ki Morgan, Jacob Daniels, Owain Watts, Tarik Dabeh and Josh Hughes come into the starting line-up.

There is a consequent’ knock-on’ effect on the replacements’ bench where Neath welcome Ethan Bolche and Sam Morgan, two products of Morriston RFC who have played for Ospreys U-18’s.
