Neath start their preparations for the 2026/27 season with a visit to old friends Maesteg at Llynfi Road on Saturday (kick off 2.30pm).

The All Blacks have been training for several weeks under head coach Tim Ryan and preparations step up now with some real action.

Last season’s WRU Cup-winning squad remains virtually intact while a number of newcomers have enlisted to boost the depth of talent available.

Many of the new recruits are given an opportunity and feature in a very young side full of debutants which takes the field at Maesteg when flanker Will Pope leads the side.
