Neath supporters will be sorry to hear of the sudden passing of a long-term season ticket holder Mr. Maxwell Phillips. “Max” as he was popularly known occupied a regular seat in the Main Stand at the clubhouse end and his distinctive shouts inevitably brought approval from those around him.
His funeral service will be held at Margam Crematorium on Friday next, 30th September at 11.00 am.with refreshments afterwards at the Bryncoch Inn.
