One of the stars of the 2016/17 Premiership season, wing or full back Mike Evans is joining Neath from Llandovery.
In six seasons at Church Bank, the versatile back three player racked up over a century of appearances for Llandovery and scored 24 tries and he enjoyed a particularly fine campaign last year.
Originally from Ammanford, he has recently moved to Cwmtwrch and works with Neath captain Jordan Collier so a move to The Gnoll made sense.
Neath coach Gareth Llewellyn said, “Mike is a proven performer in what has long been a good back division at Llandovery. When we heard he was moving to the area, we were interested in adding him to our back-line which came on leaps and bounds last year and produced some really exciting rugby.”
