Neath have added outside-half Dan Guarneri to their squad ahead of the new season.

The 23 year old Penclawdd playmaker has been training with Neath all summer. He made one appearance for Neath, picking up the man of the match award in the Christmas win over Maesteg last season when he also appeared for Llanelli.

Neath team manager Martyn Morris said, “Dan has impressed everyone with his attitude in training and will cover Luke Price’s anticipated absence on Ospreys duty. He is a versatile operator and can play scrum-half too while his goal-kicking is an extra string to his bow.”
