Neath RFC will stage an additional game on Saturday next when Bridgend Athletic come to The Gnoll for a 2.30pm Kick-off.

It will be Bridgend Athletic’s first visit to The Gnoll although they will find the wide open spaces no handicap as they regularly play at Bridgend’s Brewery Field.

The two clubs have met once previously – in season 2011/12 when the All Blacks were given a real tester in the Welsh Cup before emerging unscathed winners by 20-14.

With Neath’s last action having been the 12-24 defeat at Pontypool on November 18, the Blacks will be glad to get back into action as otherwise they faced almost a month without a game.
