Neath RFC

Neath entertain Premiership leaders Newport at The Lextan Gnoll on Saturday (kick off 2.30pm) on Saturday.

A good attendance is expected for the visit of the table-toppers and, if the weather threatens, supporters will view in comfort as The Gnoll is fully covered on three sides

Last month, Neath launched a spirited second-half rally at Newport in a thrilling 26-33 defeat but the Blacks will be seeking further improvement.

The Welsh All Blacks’ starting line-up shows three changes in the pack where hooker Chris Morris and back-rowers Morgan Kneath and Gethin Tremlett get the nod.

On the replacements’ bench there are welcome returns for Sion Crocker, Ben Uphill, Fergus Kneath and Llewellyn Hawkes.

A minute’s silence will be held before kick-off in memory of former Neath prop Martin Jones who passed away on Easter Monday.
