Neath RFC

All eyes will be on The Gnoll on Friday evening (kick off 7.30pm) when Neath and Bridgend will determine the composition of the Premiership Tier 2 play-offs.

Cross Keys’ 29-22 win at Newport on Wednesday, both sides gaining bonus points, means that both Gwent clubs have qualified with Newport currently in top place.

Llanelli too have completed their programme and will be looking on anxiously to see if they qualify although they now know that, if they do, they will have to travel away.

So it is all down to the Neath-Bridgend and still virtually any permutation is possible.

On Saturday, Bargoed play Cardiff for sixth place and the only issue confirmed is that Swansea will finish bottom. The table now reads :-

REMAINING FIXTURES
May 6 – Bargoed v Cardiff
May 12-13-14 – Play Offs : 1 v 4 (Newport v Llanelli) , 2 v 3 (Neath v Cross Keys)
May 19-20-21 – Play Off Final
