Neath RFC

An appreciative audience of Welsh All Black diehards received an optimistic message from “inside” the Neath squad at a Supporters’ Forum held at the Gnoll Clubhouse on Tuesday evening after training.

Team manager Martyn Morris, assistant coach Paul Williams, captain Jordan Collier and returning recruit Richard Smith responded realistically and positively to a series of questions and, given the strengthening of the squad, were optimistic as to the All Blacks’ prospects this season.

Continuous improvement is the theme and the message to the supporters was : to.get out and tell the people of Neath that the Blacks are on the way back and to encourage them to come along and be part of it.

Looking ahead to Saturday’s game against Swansea, Martyn Morris said, “We could really do with your support on Saturday night. Let’s create a special atmosphere – the noisy backing of the supporters really does make a difference.”

* SEASON TICKETS represent fantastic value for watching Neath in the Premiership and they are still on sale and may be purchased and collected from the Clubhouse on Wednesday and Thursday evenings (6.00pm-7.30pm) this week.
