TEAM NEWS & SUPPORTER INFORMATION: NEATH v BEDWAS (HOME) – SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10th, 2026 KICK OFF 2.30pm
With the weather set fair, Neath return to Gnoll action for the first time in three weeks when they host Bedwas in the WRU Premiership on Saturday (kick off 2.30pm).
It will be the first time in five years that the two teams have met. Having been pipped to promotion by Beddau in 2024/25, Bedwas romped away with the Championship East title last season to make it a Cup and promotion double.
This term, they suffered three narrow defeats at home to Beddau then at Pontypridd and Newbridge but toppled Llangennech 45-36 and last week beat the same opponents 20-19 in the Cup.
Following the loss at Pontypridd, there are several changes in the Neath starting line-up with Kieran Charles, Sam Harris and Willis Wood bacjk at three-quarter and Connor Tantum at scrum-half.
Into the pack comes a fresh front row in Jack Powell who will lead the team, Kian Jones and Kamren Harris with Brynley Thomas at lock. Also back on the replacements’ bench are Jacob Blackmore and Cup Final try-scorer Kaden Davies.
