Neath found Talywain a hard nut to crack in the first half an hour and found themselves trailing to a fine try by centre Dylan Lewis which former Wales Sevens outside-half, Ethan Davies converted.

Tries by winger Matthew Jenkins and lock Jacob Blackmore, the second goaled by outside-half George Richards saw Neath lead 12-7 at the interval.

In the second-half, youthful Neath cut loose and added six further tries by replacement Nathan Orrells (2), centre Kieran Charles, winger Ki Morgan, hooker Evan Kneath and flanker Gethin Tremlett with Steff Williams (5) and George Richards adding conversions.
