In miserable conditions at Cyncoed, Neath completed a season’s double over brave Cardiff Metropolitan.

Neath were well worth their 5-tries to 2 win without ever really hitting the heights,

Visiting scorers were wings James Roberts and Louis Rees, scrum-half Luc Jones, No. 8 David Griggs and outside-half Steff Williams who converted four to reach 187 points for the season.

Met tries came from winger Osian Hill and prop Conor (not Colin) Chapman, outside-half Haydn Lidstone converting.
