Neath kept up their challenge at the top of the WRU Championship with a 10-try 58-15 win over bottom club Tata Steel which was not perhaps as convincing as it looks.

Try-scorers for the Blacks were Neath Athletic Colts wing Llewellyn Hawkes who got a hat-trick, centres Sean Wilcox and Ben Atjkins, hooker Evan Kneath, locks Ioan Jones and Matthew Davies. No.8 Morgan Kneath and flanker Dyfan Ceredig.

Outside-half Rhys Harris and replacement Steff Williams kicked two conversions each.

Centre Chris Harris and wing Michael Baron got Steel tries, Evan White converting one and landing a penalty.

** Neath now move on to play Maesteg Quins at The Gnoll on Tuesday evening(kick off 7.15pm).
