An act of Remembrance was held last Thursday evening at The Lextan Gnoll prior to the Indigo Premiership fixture between Neath and Bridgend.
The Last Post was performed followed by a minute’s silence to remember Neath RFC’s war heroes. Mention was also made of the recent passing of Dennis Gethin, former President of the WRU and former Neath and Neath Athletic back-rower Mike Messenger.
Those taking part were from the Aberdulais branch of The Royal British Legion, Neath Air Cadets and Neath Panthers girls rugby team.
